Amazon pay offers two modes of completing KYC verification after you apply for online application
Video KYC Verification
You are required to provide PAN card and Aadhaar card details followed by video-based verification with ICIC bank officers.
In Person KYC Verification
You will need to schedule KYC appointment for in-person verification process. A KYC agent will visit you to complete your application form.
