Novel Coronavirus in India has created panic situation throughout the country. The first case was reported positive on 29th January 2020 in Kerala. Later the epidemic spread across the country infecting several peoples.
There is no known vaccine yet in market for novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Thus, the disease has created major issues in the entire world.

Prime minister of India Narendra Modi requested for Janata Curfew throught the country on Sunday 22nd March 2020.
Later on Monday 23rd March 2020 authorities descided to imposed lockdown across large parts of country, including capital city New Delhi and financial hub of Mumbai
India also shut down its massive railways network, banned all incoming international flights and ordered to stop domastic flights from midnight Tuesday 24th March 2020
To fight against Coronavirus Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called off for complete lockdown in India at 8PM on 24th March 2020 for 21 days.
This is very necessary step taken by India for benefit of entire nation. Otherwise, number of confirmed cases could rise more than 4000 by the end of March and between 30000 to 220,000 by the end of April.

Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is infectious disease caused by newly discovered coronavirus. COVID-19 is transmitted from animals to humans. Its viral respiratory illness caused by coronavirus.
It is believed that first transmission of coronavirus in human was reported in December 2019 in city of Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Later, the virus spread all over the world through person to person contact.
China reportedly has some links to large seafood and animal market, suggesting the virus likely emerged from an animal source.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease spreads through close person to person contact within 6 feet.
When COVID-19 positive people breathe out or cough, they leave tiny droplets that contain the virus. These droplets comes in contact with someone without the virus, causing an infection to occur.
These droplets containing COVID-19 virus can also land on nearby objects and surfaces. Other people coming in contact with such objects and surfaces can get infected with COVID-19.
COVID-19 virus affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate symptoms and recover without requiring special treatments.
However, people of age group below 10 years and above 55 years are high risk of virus infection. It can get worst if you have underlying medical conditions.
Most common symptoms include –
- Fever
- Drycough
- Tiredness
Other symptoms include –
- Aches and pains
- Diarrhoea,
- Nausea
- Runny nose.
- Shortness of breath &
- Sore throat
The symptoms are likely to observe 2 to 14 days later the exposure to virus.
As of now there are no vaccine available against COVID-19. But, clinical trial are going throughout the country and soon vaccine will be made available.
Many viruses are vaccinated before since its newly discovered it will take some time to develop vaccine for COVID-19.
The best way to prevent virus from spreading is to avoid close contact and washing or sanitizing your hands regularly.
The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDS) recommends washing your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water. If soap is not available use sanitizer with 60% alcohol.
Washing your hands
One must avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth before washing hands with soap and water. Particularly its important when you are being at public places.
Use Face Mask
Cover your nose and mouth with Face Mask. Face masks are essential in order to avoid getting infected from Coronavirus. Always cover your mouth while coughing and sneezing.
Social Distancing
People with COVID-19 should avoid close contact with public and seek for medical emergency. Others people are advice to stay at home unless and untill there is no any emergency.
